From a young age Jack was a fanatic cyclist, working in a cycle shop, and spending his free time on the trails. In July 2016 whilst competing in the Mega Avalanche he was involved in a accident which left him with a complete spinal injury.
Since his injury he has sampled as many adaptive sports as possible from team ball sports, gravity sports, and even water sports. He is now a keen off road hand cyclist, and mono-ski's in the winter months.
As the Physical Activity Advisor at the Duke of Cornwall Spinal Centre in Salisbury, Jack aims to promote the importance of keeping physically active, and inspire others to lead a healthy life after spinal cord injury.
