Join WheelPower on Saturday 21 May for a relaxing healthy living day at Stoke Mandeville Stadium.
This event is open to everyone with a physical disability, aged over 16 years and will be a great opportunity to treat yourself, exercise with others and make new friendships. You can come for part or all of the day... and it's completely FREE.
Using our favourite fitness instructors, the day will include a variety of exercise and nutrition classes aimed at supporting disabled people to live a healthier and more active life.
- Saturday 21 May 2022 (Arrival is from 10.00am and activities start at 10.30am. The day will finish at approximately 3.30pm.)
- Stoke Mandeville Stadium, Buckinghamshire (please note: there is accessible parking, toilets and changing facilities on site.)

11:30 - 12:00: RELAXING BREAK
12:00 - 12:45: PARACISE™ or SEATED Wobble™ - Ideal for those who cannot stand for the duration of a 45-minute class and would like the option to sit or stand. Wobble™ focuses on exercises that help to improve strength, mobility and confidence. PARACISE™ offers an entry point to the millions of people who would benefit physically and mentally from lower intensity exercise. 14:15 - 14:45: RELAXING BREAK
14:45 - 15:30: PT OR SEATED YOGA - Join Nina Boswell-Brown from www.sittingyoga.com as she guides through a 45 min seated yoga session. Yoga is a safe and effective way to increase strength, flexibility and balance that can lead to improved mental and physical health.
