Nina Boswell-Brown kick-starts the first of our weekly cafes with some adaptive yoga, aimed to keep you relaxed and supple during this challenging time. Nina believes that yoga focuses the mind and brings a sense of well-being while nourishing the body.
No experience necessary, everyone is welcome. Members of your household can join in. It is your choice whether to have your camera on or off.
