Ella Beaumont will be your trainer for this week's cafe with circuit training, aimed to keep you fit and active during this challenging time.
No experience is necessary, everyone is welcome. Members of your household can join in to.
If you can please have the following equipment ready for the workout:
- A bottle of water, some weights (or something that can act as a weight, for example some flour, or two tins of beans or some milk bottles etc)
- A broom (or something similar...a friend of mine used a bike pump, or you can use a big stick)
- Preferably a theraband If you have one, but if not something that can be stretched out, tights are a good substitute or a tyre inner tube!!
11:00 to 11:10 - Welcome and introduction
11:10 to 11:40 - Workout (this may vary from 20 to 30 minutes)
11:40 to 11:50 - Q&A opportunity
11:50 to 12:00 - WheelPower programmes
