Partnership & Workforce Development Manager
Ella is WheelPower’s Partnership & Workforce Development Manager, working to build and strengthen relationships with National Governing Bodies, National Disability Sports Organisations, sports organisations and other partners.
Through her role, Ella helps create more opportunities for disabled people to take part in sport and supports the development of WheelPower’s Regional Hubs, helping to bring a wider range of sporting opportunities to local communities.
Ella has 15 years of experience as a rowing coach, including 12 years with British Rowing. During this time, she spent six years working with the Paralympic Pathway programme, supporting the development of athletes and gaining valuable experience in disability sport.
Outside of work, Ella enjoys archery, trail running with her dog, badminton and the occasional spot of baking.
