Mainstream gymnastics sessions can be adapted to include people with a physical or learning disability, sensory impairment or health conditions. But if you’d prefer to start with dedicated classes, this one is for you.

As you’re starting out, you’ll learn the fundamentals of gymnastics and how to build your strength, control and flexibility. As you begin to develop your physique and technique, there really is no limit to how far you can go. From local challenges to elite international competitions. Of course, you can also get involved just for the fun and fitness.
