Who can enter?

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, [WheelPower], or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time

  • Prize Draw opens for entries online via the WheelPower website (“Website”) at 6:00am on Thursday 22 May 2025
  • Prize Draw closes for entries online at 12midnight on Wednesday 4 June 2025.

Winner selection & contact

  • The draw will take place before 30 June 2025.
  • Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

You may enter online by going to the Website and entering the Tour de Vale Bike Ride as either a family sign up or an individual sign up.

Prizes:

There are: (1) 5 x Family Swim Vouchers for Stoke Mandeville Stadium (valid for two adults and up to four children aged 17 years and under) OR (2) One month’s free Gym membership at Stoke Mandeville Stadium

The prize shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Family swim vouchers are valid for three months after receipt date.
  • One month’s free gym membership vouchers are valid for 3 months after receipt date.
  • Confirmation of the prize shall be emailed to the prize winner by [WheelPower]
  • The prize is non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for any other event or for any monetary value; and

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) adding a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
