Who can enter?

The Competition is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; and (b) not employees of the Promoter, [WheelPower] or Prize Providers [Horwood House, thebikefitters.com or Aqua Vale], or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (c) not in any way or professionally connected with the Competition.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win any prize.

How to enter:

To enter, simply sign up for the 2026 Tour de Vale Bike Ride as either a family sign up or an individual.

Prizes:

1st Prize (adults over 18), the entrant that raises the highest amount of donations (in £’s) – A  Country Escape overnight spa stay for 2 at Horwood House, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.  The prize is a voucher for a stay for 2 which will include:

  • One-night stay in a Deluxe Room
  • Breakfast included
  • Use of facilities from 2pm on the day of arrival, until 11am on day of departure
  • £26 allowance towards dinner at Harry’s Bar & Kitchen with a glass of fizz
  • 25 minute treatment

Valid from June 2026 until June 2027 (Sun–Fri, subject to availability).  The voucher will be supplied by WheelPower.

2nd Prize (for the adult over 18) entrant that raises the second highest amount of donations (in £’s) – The Bike Fitters – Chilterns will carry out a Professional Bike Fit at the home (or location of your choice) to a maximum value of £285.

3rd Prize (for under 18’s) 2 x Family Swim Vouchers for Aqua vale Aylesbury (valid for two adults and up to four children aged 17 years and under).  Voucher Expires 31st August 2026. A 3 month Junior Gym Membership for Stoke Mandeville stadium for children aged 12 – 15 yrs.

The prize shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Family swim vouchers are valid for three months after receipt date.
  • Confirmation of the prize shall be emailed to the prize winner by [WheelPower]
  • The prize is non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for any other event or for any monetary value

Definitions

As part of the final ever Tour de Vale, WheelPower is rewarding participants who go the extra mile with their fundraising efforts. These terms explain how the competition will operate and how winners will be determined.

  1. All competition Participants must be officially registered entrants of the 2026 Tour de Vale.  2. Team fundraising pages will only be eligible where clearly assigned to an individual participant.  3. Winners will be determined by the highest verified fundraising totals received by WheelPower before the competition closing date.  4. Offline sponsorship monies must be received by WheelPower before the competition closing date to be included in fundraising totals.  5. In the event of a tie, the participant who reached the fundraising total first will be deemed the winner.  6. No cash alternative is available. WheelPower reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.  7. Winners will be contacted using the details provided during event registration within 7 days of the competition closing date. 8. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, WheelPower reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible participant. 9. WheelPower reserves the right to disqualify any participant where fraudulent, misleading or inappropriate fundraising activity is suspected. 10. Personal data will be processed in accordance with WheelPower’s Privacy Policy. 11. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. 12.  Refunded or cancelled donations may be removed from final fundraising totals. 12. Winners of the  junior gym membership must be aged between 12 – 15 years.
