Keep dancing with an Online Inclusive Dance Class from WheelPower.
Join dance teacher Amanda for a FREE Online Wheelchair Dance Class live in your living rooms via Zoom!
These FREE classes are open to anyone with a physical disability in the UK.
During this online dance class Amanda (Liberate Dance) will be taking us through a 45-minute workout that includes a short warm-up and warm down.
Please wear some comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
No experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome. Members of your household can join in too!

Amanda studied Choreography and Dance at the University of Winchester. She participated in their study abroad program where she spent a semester training in the US. During her time at University, she developed a passion for teaching dance within the community sector and specialises in delivering dance sessions to support well-being and for people with physical and learning disabilities. Amanda’s primary training has been in contemporary dance however she also teaches street dance, jazz and musical theatre.
By offering inclusive dance, I hope to break down some of the barriers to participation and give people options to join in just as much as everyone else. Exercise should be accessible to everyone and dance is a fun way to exercise. I will be teaching a different routine each session and I hope to see you at WheelPower class soon!
Liberate Dance
Amanda is the CEO of Move Momentum and has been overseeing the running and development of the charity since 2018. Liberate Dance is an exclusively wheelchair-based dance company.

These brand new WheelPower dance videos are made for people with physical disabilities and delivered by our instructor Becky Whitaker. There will be four videos in this series and nearly 4 hours of dancing to be enjoyed! So put on your glittery outfit, grab a bottle of water and lets dance!
