About this Event
Adaptive Yoga instructor Nina Boswell-Brown will be with us this week with a class aimed to keep you relaxed and supple during this challenging time. Nina believes that yoga focuses on the mind and brings a sense of well-being while nourishing the body.
No experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome. Members of your household can join in too!

11:55 to 12:00 - WheelPower programmes
